Terms of Service
Educational software, not trading advice.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and NUH LLC, a limited liability company, which operates the Abra educational platform at abra.study and related pages (the "Service"). References to "Abra," "we," "us," or "our" mean NUH LLC unless the context requires otherwise.
Abra provides educational content, notes, videos, practice questions, simulated chart reps, paper-trading planning, mistake review, progress tracking, and calendar tools. The Service does not provide financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, brokerage advice, trade signals, copy trading, managed accounts, or personalized recommendations.
By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, subscribing, or using the Service, you affirmatively agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Risk Disclosure. The version accepted and acceptance time may be recorded with your account. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to create an account, start a trial, or purchase a subscription.
You are responsible for your own decisions, trades, account settings, broker selection, order entry, risk limits, taxes, and compliance obligations. You agree not to treat any content on the Service as a command, recommendation, or promise to buy, sell, short, hold, or trade any financial instrument.
Abra is offered internationally. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with the laws of your country or region. NUH LLC makes no representation that the Service is appropriate or available in every jurisdiction.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws apply. Before filing a claim, you and NUH LLC agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after written notice. If it is not resolved, either party may bring the claim in a court of competent jurisdiction with proper venue in Texas, unless applicable law gives the consumer the right to bring the claim elsewhere. Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking eligible relief in small-claims court or reporting a concern to a government agency.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. NUH LLC DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND UNINTERRUPTED AVAILABILITY. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot legally be excluded.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NUH LLC is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, missed opportunities, indirect or consequential damages, platform outages, third-party service failures, user errors, broker issues, data inaccuracies, or decisions made outside the Service. For claims that cannot be excluded, NUH LLC's aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid to NUH LLC during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires a greater remedy.
We may update the Service or these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and, when legally required, communicated before they take effect. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms, together with the incorporated policies, are the entire agreement concerning the Service. NUH LLC may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful conduct, or nonpayment; rights that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
Privacy Policy
What data the platform may collect.
NUH LLC (Abra) collects information needed to run the Service, including:
- Account data: name, email address, authentication status, and subscription status.
- Learning data: quiz attempts, lesson progress, mistake review history, calendar preferences, notes, XP, streaks, and related activity stored in your account.
- Payment data: billing and subscription records processed by Square (NUH LLC does not store full card numbers).
- Device/browser data: basic technical data needed to secure sessions and operate the site (including local storage on your device).
- Discord: if you contact us in our Discord community, messages you send there are subject to Discord's policies.
We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar third-party advertising trackers on abra.study.
Payments are handled by Square on behalf of NUH LLC. Square may collect billing details, card verification information, device data, fraud-prevention signals, and subscription records according to Square's policies.
Data is used to provide and secure the Service, authenticate users, maintain subscriptions, personalize learning, prevent fraud and trial abuse, troubleshoot problems, communicate service information, comply with law, and improve the curriculum.
Sharing: We disclose data only as reasonably necessary to service providers that operate Abra, including Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Square for payments and fraud prevention, Netlify for website hosting and delivery, and communication providers you choose to use such as Discord. We may also disclose data when required by law, to protect users or the Service, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of business assets. We do not sell personal data or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention: Account and learning records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for security, fraud prevention, backup recovery, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal-compliance purposes. Payment records may be retained for at least the period required by tax and financial laws. Data is deleted or de-identified when it is no longer reasonably needed, subject to legal obligations and backup cycles.
Your choices and rights: Depending on where you live, you may request access to, correction of, portability of, or deletion of personal data; withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis; or appeal a denied privacy request. You may also close your account and object to certain processing where applicable. We will verify requests to protect the account and may retain information when legally required. Authorized-agent requests must include proof of authority.
Security and location: We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Data may be processed in the United States or other locations where our providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
Submit privacy requests to privacy@abra.study. We will acknowledge and respond within the period required by applicable law. You may appeal a denied request by replying with the subject "Privacy Appeal." If an appeal is denied, you may contact the privacy regulator or attorney general applicable to your residence.
Accessibility & Disability Access
We want the platform to be usable by people with disabilities.
NUH LLC intends for Abra to be accessible to people with disabilities and to support effective access to the platform's educational content, forms, billing pages, and account tools. We work to improve compatibility with common browsers, mobile devices, keyboard navigation, zoom, captions where applicable, and screen-reader-friendly structure.
Our accessibility work is informed by the Americans with Disabilities Act's effective-communication and equal-access principles and by the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as a practical technical target. That said, accessibility is an ongoing process and we do not represent that every page, embedded third-party tool, or future update will be error-free or fully conformant at all times.
If you need an accessibility accommodation or encounter a disability-related barrier, contact us through the Abra Discord support channel and include your account email, the page or feature involved, your device and browser, any assistive technology in use, and what happened. We will review reported issues and make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible path forward or an alternative way to complete the task.
Third-party services embedded in or linked from Abra, including Square checkout, YouTube, TradingView, Discord, and other external tools, are controlled by their own providers and may have separate accessibility limitations or support processes. We are not responsible for third-party accessibility defects, but we may help users identify workarounds where reasonably possible.
Trading Risk Disclosure
Trading can cause serious financial loss.
Day trading, short selling, margin, leverage, options, futures, crypto, forex, and active speculation involve substantial risk. You can lose some or all of your capital. In leveraged products, losses may exceed deposits. Trading may not be suitable for every person.
No content on Abra guarantees profitability, funded-account approval, income, win rate, expected value, account growth, or improved trading results. Past examples, chart screenshots, curriculum examples, practice results, backtests, simulated trades, or educational statistics do not predict future performance.
Only trade with risk capital you can afford to lose. Consider consulting a licensed financial professional, tax professional, attorney, or broker before making financial decisions. If trading causes stress, compulsive behavior, or financial harm, stop trading and seek appropriate help.
Simulated Performance Notice
Paper trading is not live trading.
CFTC Rule 4.41 Notice HYPOTHETICAL OR SIMULATED PERFORMANCE RESULTS HAVE CERTAIN LIMITATIONS. UNLIKE AN ACTUAL PERFORMANCE RECORD, SIMULATED RESULTS DO NOT REPRESENT ACTUAL TRADING. ALSO, SINCE THE TRADES HAVE NOT ACTUALLY BEEN EXECUTED, THE RESULTS MAY HAVE UNDER-OR-OVER COMPENSATED FOR THE IMPACT, IF ANY, OF CERTAIN MARKET FACTORS, SUCH AS LACK OF LIQUIDITY. SIMULATED TRADING PROGRAMS IN GENERAL ARE ALSO SUBJECT TO THE FACT THAT THEY ARE DESIGNED WITH THE BENEFIT OF HINDSIGHT. NO REPRESENTATION IS BEING MADE THAT ANY ACCOUNT WILL OR IS LIKELY TO ACHIEVE PROFITS OR LOSSES SIMILAR TO THOSE SHOWN.
Paper trading and replay practice can help build process, but they do not perfectly reproduce live fills, partial fills, market impact, execution speed, news events, halts, platform outages, broker restrictions, psychological pressure, or real capital risk.
No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to examples shown on Abra.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Digital subscription access and billing support.
Abra Plus is a digital subscription sold by NUH LLC for $50.00 USD per month plus applicable sales tax (calculated at checkout through Square where enabled). Prices may change with notice on the site before your next renewal.
Unless required by law or approved at NUH LLC's sole discretion, subscription charges are non-refundable after digital access has been delivered. Cancel before your next renewal date if you do not want to be charged again. Refund timing, card-network processing, and bank posting delays are handled by Square and your card issuer according to their policies.
Chargebacks, disputed payments, failed payments, suspected abuse, or refunded subscriptions may result in paused or terminated access.
Subscription Terms
Paid access and trial access.
Abra Plus is $50.00 USD per month plus applicable tax. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly until canceled through Manage Billing in your Abra account.
Free trial: eligible new users may start a 1-day free trial without entering payment card information. During the trial, access is limited to the Foundation module and Module 1 unless otherwise stated. The trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription. To continue after the trial, you must choose Abra Plus and complete Square checkout.
Before enrollment, we aim to present material subscription terms clearly and conspicuously, including price, billing frequency, trial length, when paid charges begin, and how to cancel. Cancellation should remain available through the same general online channel used to subscribe and should not require extra steps that are unnecessarily burdensome.
Trial abuse prevention (including duplicate accounts or repeated trial attempts) may limit or block additional trials. Features may change over time as the platform improves.
Content Use & Account Conduct
Your subscription is for your own use only.
Unless we expressly say otherwise in writing, Abra grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service and its educational content for your own personal training and learning. Your subscription does not transfer ownership of the curriculum, charts, notes, questions, replay scenarios, designs, branding, or underlying software.
You may not copy, scrape, republish, resell, redistribute, record, mirror, leak, bulk-export, upload to other platforms, or share paid content outside your own account access. You may not use bots, automation, credential sharing, multi-user logins, reverse engineering, or other methods to bypass paywalls, trials, account limits, or technical protections.
If you enter lesson notes, profile text, support messages, or other user-provided text into Abra, you represent that you have the right to provide that content and that it does not violate another person's rights, privacy, confidentiality, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property interests. We may remove or restrict access to user-provided content that appears abusive, unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or unsafe.
Copyright or intellectual-property concerns can be submitted through the Abra Discord support channel with enough detail for NUH LLC to review the issue, including the work claimed, the location of the material, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized.
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account is being used for piracy, credential sharing, abuse, fraud, trial manipulation, harassment, or other misuse that harms the platform or its users.
Third-Party Content & Services
External tools have their own rules.
Abra may link to or reference third-party platforms including YouTube, TradingView, Square, Discord, brokers, prop firms, and educational creators. Those names, videos, thumbnails, trademarks, services, and policies belong to their respective owners.
Links and references do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, accuracy, availability, or responsibility for third-party content. Users should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service they use.
Abra is education only: a structured curriculum of reading material, chart scenarios, and practice questions. We do not provide trade signals, manage money, execute live trades, copy trading, or personalized investment advice.
Sample scenarios, chart examples, and product copy are for education and explanation. They are not customer testimonials and do not represent guaranteed outcomes.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to subscribe.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher) to create an account, start a trial, or purchase Abra Plus. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Abra is not directed to children or minors. We do not knowingly permit anyone under the applicable age of majority to create an account, start a trial, or subscribe. If we learn that an ineligible minor created an account, we may close it and delete associated personal data as required by law.
